Well....after my smug "I can fix it myself" moments when I figured I was as smart as any computer person and could fix my own laptop myself and ended up with a laptop that not only wasn't closing...

I did go twice to the shop and he never completely fixed the problem. All of the other explanation is fabricated. Why would I continue to pay him if never fixed the problem in the first place....
