Dr. Isabel Puri has a special interest in all trauma-related issues and the effects of trauma on the whole body. She focuses on helping the mind, body, heart, and soul reintegrate and heal, growing and evolving further towards optimal health and well-being. Dr. Puri has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings with an increasing interest in holistic and integrative psychiatry. She was born in London, England and grew up in New Delhi, India. Dr. Puri’s hobbies include communing with nature, educating herself by reading about complementary medicine, running, spirituality, and walking.

Del Amo Behavioral Health System located in the South Bay area of Torrance, California offers adults and adolescents inpatient, outpatient and specialty programs. Del Amo’s mental health treatment center and psychiatric hospital offer both voluntary and involuntary inpatient mental health services for crisis stabilization. We treat adolescents ages 13-17, adults 18 and over and have a specialized senior program for adults ages 55 and older dealing with a mental health crisis.
