Ok let me say that we come to Santa Cruz atleast 4 to 5 times a years and our family also if not more!!! I've paid a lot to stay super close to the board walk and some of the room were just ok !!!...

Nothing to write home about, but not bad. The location is awesome. My balls dipped in the toilet when I sat down, just a heads-up if you are in room 125.

A really conveniently place and comfortable place to stay. I originally went here for the discount prices and didn't expect much. The bed was comfy, room very clean and the staff super friendly....

Staff was friendly and informative. Location was quick walk to boardwalk 7 min. Accommodated family of 4 with two rooms divided by bathroom.
