My business started when I chose to get my life back. I started in 2010 and was living my best life. Then I decided to move 2k miles away to another state and life happened. My Fitness and Nutrition life spiraled downward. I decided to dust myself off and Soar, hence RG3 Fitness LLC and RG3 Nutrition LLC was birthed from Heiress Roxy. I lived it.
