Lotus Communications Corp is one of the largest privately owned Radio Station Groups in the United States. It was founded in 1962 by Howard A. Kalmenson, with the purchase of KWKW, one of Los Angeles' original Spanish language radio stations. Lotus currently owns and operates a total of 27 radio stations in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Texas. The formats consist of 13 English, 13 Spanish, and 1 Farsi. Lotus also owns three low-power television stations in: Phoenix, Arizona ; Tampa, Florida and Houston, Texas.

Cause Communications is a nonprofit organization that utilizes resource guides, tools and research studies to educate and train nonprofit leaders. Since 1999, it has trained more than 20,000 leaders in the tactics of high-impact communication to advance positive social change. The company develops, produces and publishes several resource books that are distributed throughout the United States and over 20 countries worldwide. It also conducts in-person and online customized training sessions to develop fundamental knowledge and skills in leaders. Through its Idea Laboratory, Cause Communications conducts research studies to maximize learning and enhance communication effectiveness for nonprofit organizations and foundations from private sector institutions, political campaigns and government agencies.
