After waiting over an hour and a half I finally got a hold of someone overseas that was very helpful. She issued a refund for both bottles of Sparklets. I received the refund today.

Absolutely awful customer service. Can barely get a hold of someone over the phone and if you do, they can do nothing to help. Multiple deliveries of mine have not only been delayed, but skipped....

I used Crystal Rock and it was great, but unfortunately they merged with readyrefresh under primo and now the service is atrocious, my last delivery was a week late, they didn't give me the amount...
