History

I have been quilting since 1998. I love pulling the colors and creating the design. In fact my first job at 16 was a local quilt shop. When I began quilting I used my home machine to quilt up to a queen size quilt. I was blessed a few years ago to receive a long arm quilting machine. I love it! It has helped me to increase my skills as a quilter, now that I don't have to shove a king size quilt in the small opening of my regular machine. And I would like to spare you that trouble also. When I began quilting for clients, I decided that I didn't only want to quilt and do the finishing, but that I wanted to be the creator of quilts, compiling memories of t-shirts and special clothing. This is what sets me apart from many longarm quilters. I will work on commission to make the quilt, be it for yourself or a gift, that you are looking for. I enjoy the challenge of the different projects, taking the dreams and making them become a real through a treasured quilt.

Allow me to finish the quilting or binding on your quilt top. Bring me your favorite shirts from when you where in volley ball to create the t-shirt quilt that can keep your memories fresh. That quilt that grandma started 50 years ago but you don't know how to finish it, I can do it. Your beloved baby girl's clothes that you can't part with, those too can be made into a memory quilt. Trust me with your memories & I will present you a beautiful quilt that will showcase them. (I don't do alterations, I quilt. Yelp combines the sewing and alterations into 1 category. Sorry for the confusion.)
