I don't understand why this lab gets such low review ratings. I have always had prompt, courteous service. The technicians are professional and caring. I highly recommend them.

I frequently come here to get my blood drawn per doctor's orderers and the process is always easy and efficient. The office is always clean and well maintained plus there's plenty of parking....

I'm not really sure how she did it, but this is how it turned out to be. I have done blood work many times in the past, but this is definitely one of the worst one.

Wait list is not recommended..... eventhough you are told is about 60 minutes wait. I've been sitting for almost 3 hours and no one of waitstaff list had been called.

Recommend scheduling appointment. Usually called in within 10 minutes. Please have staff step away from door when call in out names Some of us are very hard of hearing
