Update your hours!!!! It's bad enough you don't call or send reminders about appointments but then your door and website have set hours well before and after scheduled appointments.

These blood labs and testing are ridiculous. They make appointments and then you arrive with no customer service contact and then they make you wait 30 to 45 minutes after your appointment time...
