Locked up during open hours. Staff not here. Lots of busy folks leaving. How hard is it to get one person here or just leave the gate open.

it is horrible, malfunctioning elevators, needed to go eight Floor very unsafe . very poor customer services from staff, terrible pho system can never reach a human person to talk . poor facility...

The office is hardly staff so be careful. You will waste time waiting for someone to attend to the office
