Inconsistent hours and slow scanning, pick up requests, etc. Was also being charged to pick up each mail item due to the delay in them showing in the system so instead of paying $1 to pick up 10...

The owner is very friendly and the services is great. She save and helped me with the prints that was on last- min rush from my work. Definitely will be coming back.
