The customer service was great. I think that the staff were very friendly. They also always have great music playing. The food is fresh and the location is very clean.

Very poor service. Ordered a 12 piece bundle half spicy half regular and got 6 thighs and 2 drumsticks. Looking back, the gal working the drive-through knew she didn't have it right and rushed us...
