History

I have been a life-long animal lover, shelter volunteer and student of animal behavior. I'm a parent was a teacher for 16 years. I completed Trish King's Advanced Dog Behavior Academy and earned a Behavior Counselor Certificate. I am also (almost) a licensed educator with Family Paws Parent Education.

It's hard to be a parent...whether it's for children or for dogs.And the combination of the two is even tougher. Don't worry. I've got you. I am a dog behavior consultant and licensed Family Paws Parent Educator, specializing in helping families with dogs. As a former teacher, I love working with people and have empathy for the challenges of raising kids and a dog at the same time.
