Poke LA

History

Poke LA was founded by two best friends. Naoki Kojima and Cullen Dammann. They have been very close friends for the last 11 years and one thing they always had in common was their love for food. Naoki has been working at his families restaurant for the past 15 years and has always been one of their well known chefs. Cullen has worked in the customer services industry since he was in high school and now manages and operates his mother in laws home and office cleaning service. Naoki and Cullen both knew they wanted to do something in the food industry (and something for themselves), Naoki with his families recipes and his many years experience with Japanese cuisine and Cullen who loved coming up with crazy food ideas that would always excite his friends (including Naoki). They decided to mix their heads and ideas together to create Poke LA. A quick, easy, tasty, filling, and healthy eating option that the masses could enjoy. We can not wait for you to try our food.

Poke LA is brought to you by Restaurant Tatsuki, a sushi restaurant in Woodland Hills that has been around for over 30+ years. Our Poke is made fresh each day with fresh ingredients. We specialize in Poke Bowls and have vegan options available.
