Service seems to be slipping lately. Got a lumpy gel manicure and the tech tried to rush so fast and skipped steps. No lotion or hot towel. Just paint and go. Its disappointing!

The salon was nothing but exceptional! Everything from the receptionist to the nail tech, you couldn't ask for anything more! When u walk into the salon it's very clean and relaxing. No crying...
