Kind of overlooked as its right on busy Lakeshore Ave. Its great in the morning as it has great views of Lake Merritt and the boathouse which is directly across the lake. The grass is patchy...

nice little park well maintained is easy to overlook at the corner of Hanover and LakeShore. there are several benches, a nice paved path and PUBLIC TOILETS that are clean and well maintained up
