They never send a bill to my address and they say they did . She call me as always my bill due I say I am coming on Friday she say we are close .she did say if you not coming to pay we will close...

Pico Water district is not doing enough to correct the problen involving the bill pay site... my water was shut off because the bill was paid and the bill pay site did not notify the water...
