Since living in Santa Cruz, he has worked as the administrator for Bauman College of Nutrition, and was the chef for both the LionFish SupperClub, a fine ding caterer, as well as the restaurant Ulterior, an upscale bistro in downtown Santa Cruz that specialized in local, seasonal, organic and gluten free food.
