Pegasus Group is a real estate investment and management company that specializes in syndicating real estate investments. Through individual ownership structures, the company owns and operates more than 60 properties throughout the United States. Its portfolio includes mobile home parks, industrial and office buildings, marinas and self-storage facilities. These include Village West Marina, Peters Landing Marina, Mountain Vista Mobile Home Park and Lamplighter Mobile Home Park. More than 80 percent of Pegasus portfolio consists of self-storage facilities that are operated and managed under the national brand name Central Self-Storage. Pegasus Group is headquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif.
