HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., formerly Real Estate Mortgage Network prior to a name change in February 2014, is one of the largest privately held, non-bank lenders in the United States. February 2, 2017: HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. completed the purchase of the operating assets of Prospect Mortgage, LLC. The purchase made HomeBridge one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the country, with retail branches nationwide and two thriving wholesale divisions, REMN Wholesale and HomeBridge Wholesale.
