The employees at the Otay Ranch location are VERY nice, but the beds are old and not very impressive for their monthly rates. ($40 a month for the "cheap" beds.) And the price goes up...

I've met the owner and she is very unpleasant. It's way over priced, their mystic solution is garbage, and they close earlier then they advertise.
