They messed up my first order but made it right with the second pizza, however it did take awhile for my pizza to get delivered the second time. still was fresh when got it.

just moved here decided to order a pizza, absolute disaster horrible pizza came all dough not even cooked. Had to heat the oven up to cook the dough. I can't believe shack endorses this place....

If I could give a negative star I would. If you cannot do delivery from this location, you should probably not allow the delivery function. I ordered a pizza at 5pm. Delivery said it would be here...

Don't even waste your time ordering ahead on the app. They won't make it until you get there even if the app says it's ready and you'll still wait an hour. It's pizza not rocket science

No reason to leave when they message you it's ready. Because it never is when you get there. This is becoming a consistent issue at this location. We wait to leave till it's "ready" to show up to...
