The Panorama Cafe is located at the 9th floor at the Stanley Mosk courthouse they served good meals at courthouse but a great view of Downtown L.A.. The food is really good lots of people go...

The view is great on a clear day but the food not so much. It's very overpriced so be prepared. It's convenient, especially if your on jury duty and don't want to wander off the building.
