The play structures aren't well shaded. The picnic areas and dirty and kinda stinky. It has easy parking, open space. There is a lot of traffic around it. The play areas are older and beat up....

Small but decent neighborhood park. 2 gated play areas, basketball court, tennis court, BBQ grills, and ugly cement picnic tables. The play areas are surrounded by benches so you can keep an eye...
