HistoryI grew up in Cypress California and have been passionate about soccer since I was seven years old. I was involved in club soccer, and played varsity soccer for all four years of high school.At 19 I suffered a serious ankle injury while playing soccer from which it took me over a year to recover.I was no longer able to play soccer or do many of the things which made me happy.I gained weight and lost much my muscular responsiveness and definition.It was at that time that I discovered my calling was to help people overcome the kinds of problems that I was experiencing at the time. I was able to recover both my spirit, and my physique having lost more than thirty pounds in a single year. I attended OCC where I returned to playing soccer in both co-ed and all girl events, and received my associates degree. I also studied at the National Personal Training Institute where I earned my Advanced Certified Personal Trainer certification in personal training and nutrition.SpecialtiesPersonal training and soccer coaching.
