Ospirgstudents Organization

OSPIRG Students is a student-run, student-funded nonprofit organization in Santa Barbara, CA, dedicated to creating a greener, healthier, and more meaningful future. With chapters at University of Oregon, Southern Oregon University, and Lane Community College, as well as working at Oregon State University and Portland State University, OSPIRG Students empowers young people to envision and build a better world through their campaigns on renewable energy, water rights, affordable education, plastic reduction, zero hunger, and more.

Driven by a mission to bring about positive change, OSPIRG Students works towards racial justice and has achieved recent victories in their advocacy efforts. They offer opportunities for students to get involved, start PIRG chapters, take action, and pursue careers that make a difference.
