In its bright eatery with wooden accents, an open kitchen and exposed brick walls, Orchard City Kitchen serves modern American fare crafted by Michelin-starred chef, Jeffrey Stout. Sensational vegetarian entrées include cauliflower "steak" with lemon butter and croutons, mac and cheese with shishito peppers and herbed farro risotto. Orchard City Kitchen also has a variety of seafood entrées, such as the grilled and chilled prawns with a fish sauce vinaigrette and scallop sashimi with macadamia nuts, as well as meaty dishes like the KFC (Korean fried chicken), the pork dumplings with roasted mushrooms and the country fried steak with sausage gravy.
