HistoryJared Miller Training started in September of 2011 as Jared Miller was finishing his Exercise Science degree from CSU Fresno. His motto has always been quality over quantity and the more he has learned from other movement specialists, physical therapists, and other trainers he networks with the more he realized his definition of quality movement was limited and not taking into account some of the most important principles for what dictates quality movement. Clients want to lose weight, gain muscle, train for half marathons and a whole list of other goals, but what good does that do if you are in pain throughout the process.
