History

Nena Munguia founded One World Immigration when she realized many of her family and friends needed help becoming legal U.S. citizens. After obtaining her immigration license and bond in 2013, she began by preparing paperwork for all her relatives and friends. Soon, word of mouth brought more clients to her doorstep. Engaging in pro-bono services, she found an immigration lawyer who truly cares, and partnered with him to protect and help her clients. Together with that lawyer, they offer free in-person and virtual consultations. During her first two years in business, Nena would set up a booth at swap meets and offer free consultations. Her services include free study items (booklets, CDs and flash cards) and eight classes to prepare for the interview. Her certification with the USCIS equipped her to administer these classes. In 2020, Nena revamped her business by moving into a new office in Downtown Los Angeles. Business is better than ever. Nena is grateful to do the work she does.
