O Connor Woods is a multi-level retirement community offering a full continuum of care on a rental basis. The nonprofit community is sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael and is committed to the physical, social and spiritual well-being of its residents. O Connor Woods is located on a 34-acre campus in Stockton, Calif. It is affiliated with the St. Joseph s Medical Center and is the only community accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission in San Joaquin County. CCAC, the nation s only accrediting body for aging services continuums, demands that the organization meet Standards of Excellence in governance, financial and strategy and health and wellness.
