Poor room upkeep. Stains on the wall, blood stains on the bed, bathtub rusting away, drywall falling. Walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you....

this place is very clean, people are nice, its more expensive, but its worth it. I felt very safe here with my daughter and her friends. when i come to santa cruz, i only stay here. Great Hotel.
