Every unit that we have here has a wood burning fireplace, garbage disposal, central heating and air, dishwasher, sliding glass patio door, and a walk-in closet. Up stairs have balconies, downstairs have back patios. We have a pool, covered tenant parking, visitor parking inside the gate, BBQ/Picnic area, optional remote access in the gate (enclosed community) with phone access. These apartments have to be the worst in Sacramento. Roach infested and run down the current manager takes months to make any repairs and all the work is shoddy. They have the nerve to ask for the...
