I was recently at a busy party at this hotel, and the bar staff were blatantly scamming customers. When you order drinks and pay by credit card, they quietly add a 20% tip without telling you....

Both service and food was good. Xmas menu was 95 plus 24% service charge. Nice atmosphere too.
