They cut the skin around my big toe so badly, it wouldn't stop bleeding and it still hurts hours after. I'm really scared it's infected after reading some of the reviews that they don't sanitize....

I still don't understand the bad reviews? It's not a cheap nail salon aka don't take your kid to get a manicure here it's more of a spa vibe? It's spotless and so so clean. They are always upfront...
