Very, very smooth transaction, even though there were a couple of glitches (not their fault). Professional, friendly, staff and very good returning phonecalls and emails.

Worst title company possible. Take days to answer, too much slow and was the first one to not allow foreign people. And I have 15 properties, so it is not like this is common
