Dr. Tseng is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He was raised in Los Angeles where he attended Harvard-Westlake School, was a National Merit Semi-Finalist and a top-ranked tennis player on the US National Junior Tennis team. Degree: MPH from Yale School of Epidemiology and Public Health, 2001 Dr. Miriam F. Parsa is currently a Staff Physician in the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology at UCLA. After earning a B.S. in psychobiology from UCLA, Dr. Parsa attended Yale School of Epidemiology and Public Health for her MPH, then medical school in New York at the Albany Medical College.
