Moreno Valley Public Works Department coordinates and provides direct services related to land development and infrastructure, street and median maintenance and solid waste disposal. It also offers services related to public utilities, transportation, traffic signal, tree trimming, capital project engineering, graffiti removal, and signing and striping. The department implements and oversees the city's 10-year capital improvement program. It also provides engineering design and contract administration for requests for proposals and construction bid opportunities of city funded projects.
