History
Joe Cavanaugh began operations in 1992. Art Seavey joined Joe as his business partner in 1994. Joe retired in 2003 and Trevor Fay joined the partnership with Art. In 2016 Art and Trevor are still going strong. With regards to culturing abalone, we're taking a good thing from nature and making it better, sustainably!

Really friendly and amazing service at Monterey Abalone. We came down to try abalone sashimi. Service was excellent and they answered all questions that my curious kids asked. Highly recommend!
