History

I got my start as a buyer's agent with a top producing team just as the housing bubble began to burst. Working for a high volume team while learning to wade through the chaos of foreclosures, bank owned properties, and short sales, I quickly learned the importance of expedience, effective communication, strong negotiations, and above all courtesy with all parties involved. I have lived and worked in multiple countries and I am sensitive to cultural differences. Every client is important to me, from the million dollar home to the investor to the first time home owner. Please note that I recently got married and changed my last name from Harris to Perry. Some of the testimonials and marketing pieces may reflect the former name.
