Needs major improvements. Outdated. No posing room. Sauna and bathroom smells. Staff take forever to help. Better gyms in the area.

Came back to check, and the gym has not changed. 1000% do not recommend this location. The one in Lakewood, ca is great! the ownership of this gym is horrible. Choose otherwise
