I'm currently on hold for 20 minutes on the phone right now. The office clerk finally came back, she was nice, but wow you need a couple more receptionists in that office.

Just as bad as the Hesperia office, very inexperienced staff, can't operate a breathalyzer. Called for a generic question and she put me on hold for 20 minutes.

The wait is long. They are doing virtual appointments in between seeing people. They take appointments out of order and the front staff is unkind and cold. You will encounter the occasional nice...
