Superficial and small for what you're paying. You need to share the pool with the entire swim team. If you seem like "the help," prepare to be treated as the help.

I debate every year as to whether to renew and only do because it's nice to have access to a pool, and it is a beautiful pool, but I have to agree with others that the culture is about swim team...
