Renee has always led an active lifestyle. She spent her 30's trying to find the best way to lose the extra pounds, increase muscle tone and keep a balanced life, and look her best. Like many women, her workouts consisted mostly of cardio and ran a couple of marathons. After her running phase ended, she tried indoor cycling, which she loved so much that she became an instructor and still is today. Her indoor cycling classes took off and teaching laid the foundation for her career in health and fitness. She quit her desk job to pursue personal training full-time. In 2012 at 41 years old she competed in her first Fitness Figure Competition. She truly believes in the positive and long-lasting benefits of exercising and eating healthy.
