Margaret J. Zhou, MD, MS

Dr. Kwong is a hepatologist who specializes in the care of patients with chronic liver disease. Her research in alcohol-associated liver disease has been supported by the AASLD Foundation Clinical, Translational, and Outcomes Research Award and a NIAAA K23 Mentored Career Development Award. Her clinical and research interests include cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and outcomes before and after liver transplantation.

Patricia Garcia, MD is a board certified gastroenterologist and clinical informaticist. She is fellowship trained in neurogastroenterology and specializes in treating disorders of gastrointestinal motility including trouble swallowing, heartburn, reflux, constipation, fecal incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also passionate about using digital health technologies and artificial intelligence to improve clinician and care team burden and burnout.

Dr. Chaichian specializes in the diagnosis and management of all rheumatic diseases. As Director of the Stanford Lupus Clinic, he has a particular clinical, research, and teaching interest in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Along with Dr. Jennifer Yeh (Dermatology), he co-directs a Rheumatology-Dermatology multidisciplinary clinic at Stanford to facilitate expert management of patients with various skin/autoimmune overlap conditions including SLE with cutaneous manifestations.
