I help women, especially those feeling lost or overwhelmed by motherhood, get in touch with their authentic experience and discover how to have balance and ease in their lives. I work with individuals and lead groups, offering a nonjudgmental witness and reflection of your inner work. I believe your wounds have both held you back and given you wisdom. Let them guide you. Having a space to be witnessed in your darkest places, in the shame of not being who you want to be, can be profoundly healing. I will be here with you as you explore and unearth the parts of yourself you have been hiding and we start to listen to what it is you truly need.
