Makse Restaurant opened in Downtown Vacaville on October 1, 2021, bringing a fresh dining experience to a building that had been vacant for years. Owners Jason Diavatis and Speros Pavlatos introduced a unique concept: a Steakhouse, Dueling Pianos Club, and Ice Cream Shop, all designed to revitalize the community.
