Lion's Roar Dharma Center

Lion's Roar Dharma Center, located in Sacramento, CA, is an international temple, arts, and cultural center that offers a wide range of classes, practices, and events both in person and online. Rooted in the Buddha Dharma, their teachings embrace both the secular and sacred paths of transformation, recognizing and affirming the inherent goodness of all beings. Founded by Geshe Losang Gyatso and directed by Lama Yeshe Jinpa and Geshe Damchoe Gurjav, Lion's Roar Dharma Center follows the tradition of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet, with Kyabje Jhado Tulku Rinpoche as their Heart Lineage Teacher. At Lion's Roar Dharma Center, practitioners have the opportunity to engage in K lacakr practice sessions led by Lama Jinpa and the LRDC sangha. These sessions, held on selected Sundays and Mondays, involve the use of a sadhana text adapted from The Excellent On Nectar Vase of Empty-Form The Guru Yoga of Glorious K lacakr. Attendance is restricted to those who have received a K lacakr Jenang or a full K lacakr Empowerment in any lineage. Additionally, every Wednesday afternoon, Lion's Roar members join an international K lacakr practice group, following The Guru Yoga of K lacakr in Connection with the Six Sessions in Completely Facilitating Form by His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama.
