With easy access to the major freeways, reserved parking, and fully equipped recreational facilities, the Linden Arms provides residents with a comfortable setting for both their personal and professional lives. Our apartments are large, 850 square feet for a 1 bedroom and 1100 square feet for a 2 bedroom. All apartments come with master baths and kitchens with dishwasher. All units have spacious living rooms with cable TV hookup and a personal outdoor patio or balcony. Each building in our facility is equipped with laundry rooms offering ample washer and dryer units. The grounds are well kept featuring olive trees and a rose garden. Recreational facilities at the Linden Arms include a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis court. Golf enthusiasts can walk to Sunken Gardens, a challenging 9 hole course, and Golfland for miniature golf with the family. Pets are welcome and we feature an off leash dog run for our four legged friends.
