HistoryI hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics Chinese medicine. I completed a 4 month internship in Kunming, Yunnan, China. I am originally from the Pyrenees area in Spain and am now a legal US resident. I had my own practice as a registered dietitian and licensed acupuncturist in Spain for 10 years. My approach is a combination of Western and Eastern medicine integrating dietetics (including chinese dietetics), herbs, and acupuncture.
