Terrible customer service. Purchased a ring from here and the opal fell out one week later. She said it would cost to swap into the same ring. Then said she could fix it with glue. Terrible...

Beware.... I was sold a white gold wedding band, 14k according to them. I had the band checked at two other locations, and turns our to barely be 10k gold.
